What makes an action immoral?

Killing, racism, insulting and etc.. Because humans got used to think that all this things are bad, not good, an order from the Devil.

If this has to be explained thoroughly. 

An action becomes immoral when we do the unjust action.

An unjust action where we cage our own freedom to what is right and we take action more beneficial only to ourselves. An action can be immoral if the action happens to harm the others that surrounds you or an action can be immoral once we ourselves decline to our own freedom, law, and moral senses and choose sin over the virtues that must be applied in making an action.
